COATINGS was a pioneer in the development
of an elastomeric acrylic roof coating and we
continue to set the standard in the industry.

100% ACRYLIC POLYMERS
ROOF MATE is manufactured exclusively utilizing 100% acrylic polymer resins. The result is a tight, cross-linked finish that retains its physical properties to provide long-term weather resistance, UV and color stability, mildew resistance and dirt repellency.

APPLICATION VERSATILITY
The ROOF MATE System can be applied to virtually any new or existing roof substrate. The life of built-up, modified bitumen, metal, Hypalon®, EPDM, concrete, transite, sprayed-in-place polyurethane or board-stock insulation, and composite shingle roofs can all be extended dramatically with the application of Roof Mate.

CERTIFIED CONTRACTORS
ROOF MATE is applied by a network of Certified Applicators who have been trained on proper surface preparation, installation techniques and procedures. This assures the Building Owner of receiving a warranted, watertight installation.

WE'RE GREEN
All ROOF MATE components, from our primers to our topcoats, are VOC compliant and non-hazardous to the environment. We take this responsibility seriously, as evidenced by our numerous awards for recycling, waste reduction and energy conservation excellence.

UNITED COATINGS prides itself on a technical service staff that is second to none. Our sales and service personnel are experienced, knowledgeable and efficient. A network of field offices, Representatives and Distributors assures our customers of expedient, on-site service when and where it is needed.

CODE APPROVALS
Appropriate fire testing and code approvals are a fundamental component of UNITED'S roof coating philosophy. ROOF MATE is UL 790 Class "A" classified, Factory Mutual approved and ICBO listed. It also meets Federal Specification #RRR-S-2838 and ASTM D6083 “Standard Specification for Liquid Applied Acrylic Coating Used in Roofing”. ROOF MATE is also compliant with requirements for California Title 24 and Dade County Florida (NOA 03-1223.02 Miami-Dade County Florida Expiation Date 04/01/09).

ENERGY STAR® & cool roof PROGRAMS
UNITED COATINGS is a Charter Partner in the Environmental Protection Agency's ENERGY STAR Roof Products Program as well as the “Cool Roof Rating Council” (CRRC). ROOF MATE has been independently tested and certified to surpass program guidelines for energy efficiency.

WE GUARANTEE IT
Roof Mate, when properly applied, is covered by non-prorated 5, 10 or 15 year warranty programs. These extendable warranties are a guarantee to the Building Owner that the installed system will remain leak-free for the term of the warranty.
